Questions, answered

What do I need to start a lesson?

A browser, a microphone and speakers or headphones. Lessons run in the browser — nothing to install.

How does the teacher know how to talk to my child?

You enter an exact age. That picks one of three teachers — Miss Ada for ages 5-12, Coach Turing for 13-17 and Dr. Grace for 18 and over — and tunes vocabulary, pacing and depth inside that group.

Which subjects are included?

Maths, physics, chemistry, biology, English and reading, history, coding and web development, plus career subjects like data analysis, business and public speaking. Each subject has written lessons and quiz questions for every age group.

Can the teacher show working, not just talk?

Yes. The whiteboard shows equations, step-by-step maths, physics and chemistry solutions, numbers, colours, shapes and pictures while the teacher explains them out loud.

What if my child needs time to think?

The teacher waits. Silence and phrases like "um" or "let me think" are treated as thinking time, with a gentle nudge or hint rather than the answer.

Can parents see progress?

Parents link a child with a learner code and see lessons, spoken minutes, repeat-after-me completion, quiz scores and age-appropriate weekly goals.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Plans are monthly and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Still unsure? The first lessons are free.
